Fronts groved to receive cabinet sides Joi Mortise and Tenon, Glued and Stapled.
Sides: 1/2” Plywood, drilled for adjustable shelves. Backs: 1/4” Plywood Tops/Bottoms: 3/8” Plywood
Doors: Solid Oak, Maple, Cherry, Hickory, Alder, Ash, Red Birch or Pine (other custom woods and subrstrates are available)
Drawer Fronts: Solid Oak, Maple, Cherry, Hickory, Alder, Ash, Red Birch or Pine (other substrates are available)
Wall & Base Shelves: 3/4” Composition Board with a Vinyl Cover both sides and one edge.
Half Depth adjustable shelf standard in base cabinet - or - 3/4” Veneer Core Plywood, Stained like cabinet.
Cabinet Interior: Standard - Birch Veneer, upcharge for species interior.
Drawer Construction: 5/8” Solid Poplar Sides, 5/8” Solid Poplar Backs, 1/4” Glued and Stapled Birch Plywood Bottoms,
with Dovetailed corners, fully captive bottom.
Drawer Guides: Full Extension Undermount Guides Standard
Hinges: Self Closing Face Mounted, Knife, Inset Bu European, 1/4” Cup Concealed
Toe Kicks: All units that rest on floor will have a 3/4” x 4” High Poplar Solid Wood Toe Kick
(Toe Kick will be Finished same as Exterior of Cabinet)
